The Place: Charlestown Community Centre has just completed a move into new premises. Shaun from Voice Concepts has done a fantastic job in assisting us to have a smooth transition with regard to our phone system.
Shaun provided clear (and patient) advice during the time of deciding which system to use. However, Shaun and Voice Concepts have impressed us even more with their after sales service.
We engaged many contractors in various ways during this time of establishment. Voice Concepts are one of only four that I recommend to others.
